The position emphasizes job-embedded coaching, data-informed instruction, and collaboration with administrators and teachers to transform classroom practice across districts. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of successful teaching experience in a 7-12 school setting.
• Experience coaching and training teachers and teacher leaders.
• Knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and work onsite with districts.

Responsibilities

• Implement classroom components and resources as part of the Savvas program.
• Provide job-embedded coaching and modeling to teachers.
• Observe classroom practices and give actionable feedback to guide implementation.
• Use dashboards (Performance and Assignment) to inform instruction and decisions.
• Support administrators with data and program tools to determine needs.
• Facilitate training for school leaders and classroom teachers onsite.
