The Marvin Group is seeking a seasoned CNC Machinist III for 100% onsite work in Southern California. You will set up and run CNC milling and turning operations on complex aerospace military components, emphasizing safety, precision, and lean manufacturing practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CNC machining (3-5 axis) and programming experience, with strong blueprint reading and communication skills. Onsite environment with standard PPE requirements and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years experience in CNC Machining 3-4-5 axis; CNC programming background preferred.
• Must have a Highschool Diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Must be able to speak/read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mill and Lathe for aircraft/military components.
• Focus on safety and precision in 5-axis machining and lights-out operations.
