The Marvin Group, based in Southern California near LAX, is seeking a materials handler for a 100% onsite role. You will support assembly, packaging, and quality checks in a manufacturing setting while following safety and ERP procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic English literacy, and the ability to lift 35 lbs. Familiarity with MS Office and forklift experience are a plus in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, interpret basic documents.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and operate in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper material handling and packaging.
• Adhere to safety and procedural requirements.
• Assist manufacturing processes and assembly tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools and measurement devices.
• Perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Identify defects and follow non-conformance procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• May operate forklift or pallet jacks as needed.
• Work full shift standing, bending, and walking.
