VEC in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Survey/3D Laser Scanning Technician to perform visual observations, maintain continuity between office and field teams, and ensure quality control of installations.

You will work with field crews, foremen, superintendents, and project managers to ensure constructability and accuracy; travel may be required; 1+ year experience; proficient in Scan Registration, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Procore; 100% onsite, no hybrid option.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of construction industry experience.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods as required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient use of Scan Registration software, Navisworks, Bluebeam and Procore.

Responsabilidades

• Centralize project data and maintain real-time information access.
• Perform unbiased third-party observations to identify discrepancies and risks.
• Collect data with the 360 camera, 3D laser scanner, and RTS for layout.
• Capture aerial imagery with UAS for observation and analysis.
• Collaborate with field teams to resolve constructability concerns.
