Job summary

Kinetico Incorporated seeks a Mold Operator for the 2nd shift in Ohio. You will run injection molding machines and secondary equipment, inspecting and packaging parts to meet specifications.

You will code, gauge quality, report defects, and maintain a clean, organized 6S workspace in a dynamic manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with the ability to use hand tools and work with small parts.

Responsibilities

• Produces parts according to procedures and standards by operating presses and by inspecting and trimming, coding and packaging.
• Processes parts according to procedures and standards for assembly by operating sonic welder, bonding with adhesives, and by coding and packaging.
• Follows established job instructions to produce product according to specification.
• Gauges quality of parts by detecting and reporting defective material and recording scrap.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work areas by executing and enhancing the defined 6S duties.
