Job summary

Kohler Co. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Molding Operator I to support high‑volume production at our state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will load, mold, and finish SMC materials, ensuring quality and safety standards while working a 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am schedule.

The role includes competitive pay starting at $24.11 per hour with an additional $1.50 per hour for night shifts, plus overtime as needed. Our benefits begin Day 1 and include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication for manufacturing processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Remove SMC material from storage containers and prepare it for molding (cutting, stripping poly, folding, and stacking).
• Load SMC charges into presses and remove molded parts after processing.
• Assist with cleaning mold cavities and deflashing molded parts for next operations.
• Transport defective parts to the rework area.
• Assemble cartons and packaging components; assist with packaging and accessory assembly as directed.
• Follow all plant safety policies and perform assigned housekeeping and 5S duties.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
