Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• 3+ years IT support in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience supporting MES/ERP integrations or shop floor systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, endpoints and integrations.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Azure Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Ability to document incidents, resolutions, and actions in an ITSM tool.
• Ability to follow SOPs, runbooks, change controls and escalation processes.
• Willingness to work onsite on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite 2nd/3rd shift IT support to maintain manufacturing operations.
• Serve as primary on-shift contact for MES, D365 integrations, shop floor devices and related systems.
• Triage, troubleshoot, resolve and escalate issues based on production impact.
• Support endpoints, HMIs, scanners, printers, industrial workstations, and shop floor equipment.
• Handle identity management across Azure Entra ID, AD with approved procedures.
• Follow IT governance and SOX ITGC procedures with proper documentation.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system with detailed steps.
• Develop and improve runbooks, procedures, monitoring and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, IT and vendors for complex issues.
• Provide general IT helpdesk support during shifts with focus on production.
