Job summary

GOJO Industries, Wooster, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician II on Shift 2 (2:30 pm–10:30 pm) for an on-site role. You will install, maintain, and repair packaging machinery, electrical systems, and related equipment, following engineering instructions and safety standards.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED and 5–8 years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional overnight travel across Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5–8 years of progressive maintenance/manufacturing engineering technology experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test machinery using electrical test equipment.
• Develop and review preventative maintenance routines.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and plan repairs with others as needed.
• Dismantle defective machines and install parts per specifications and blueprints.
• Complete layout, assembly, and installation of equipment and piping.
• Calibrate pressure, torque, and temperature using appropriate test equipment.
