Job summary

Xpect Solutions, LLC seeks a Systems Administrator to support a Federal Government Client in Columbia, SC. This 100% onsite role requires readiness to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 Service Center.

Ideal candidates have AD/Windows expertise, are capable of obtaining a security clearance, and will undergo a training period before transitioning to assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field, or equivalent certifications.
• Microsoft Fundamentals or CompTIA certifications, or 2 years IT Help Desk experience.
• 2 years' experience with Windows Active Directory, networks and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 remote and on-site administration and support for IT infrastructure.
• Manage and monitor critical IT systems in a Network Operations Center environment.
• Support Tier 2 network and systems administration for end users 24/7.
