Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Microsoft Windows Server, AD, and networking familiarity required.
• Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform steady-state administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems.
• Manage backup and recovery, patching, and system hardening.
• Support OS configurations, deployments, and documentation updates.
• Provide research assistance for issue resolution in complex environments.
