Qualifications

• Emergency response and crisis management knowledge.
• Security technology (CCTV and alarm systems).
• Use-of-force and de-escalation training.
• Familiarity with Michigan firearms standards (MCOLES).

Responsibilities

• Preserve order and enforce security at the worksite.
• Respond to active shooter and other emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with security manuals and SOPs.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols.
• Observe, report, and respond to incidents at assigned worksites.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Control access to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Prepare incident reports and logs.
