Work Week Manager – Braidwood Nuclear Station, Braceville, IL

Constellation, North America’s largest private‑sector power producer, is seeking an exceptional Work Week Manager/Sr Work Week Manager to join our Constellation team at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station. The role focuses on maintenance planning and execution to meet safety, reliability, and performance goals.

Primary Purpose

Direct the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventive maintenance, surveillance, post‑maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. During the execution week, ensure adherence to online risk, technical specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) procedures. Coordinate cross‑departmentally with Project Managers to resolve conflicts that impact schedule, safety, or performance, and achieve fleet and CEC goals.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for the assigned work week, ensuring Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance while maintaining online risk.
• Ensure execution of the work week schedule meets Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule compliance, minimizing safety challenges.
• Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for effective and accurate schedule development.
• Direct schedule execution to meet the Work Management Process Key Indicators.
• Manage priority emergent work for the assigned work week.
• Evaluate scheduling performance analysis data and produce a weekly report for corrective action at the Performance Analysis Review (P.A.R.) meeting.
• Assist in forced outage coordination as required.
• Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the work management organization.
• Perform additional job assignments such as emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in other positions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related Nuclear or Work Week Management experience, or
• Maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and pass favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous nuclear power plant experience (highly preferred).
• Strong computer scheduling knowledge.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license/certification.
• Engineering or technical degree.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.

Expected salary range: $126,900 to $141,000, based on experience.
