Job summary

Workforce.miami is seeking a detail-oriented eBay and Website Listing Agent to manage our product catalog across eBay and our direct-to-consumer site. You will own the product lifecycle from imaging and copywriting to inventory, fulfillment, and online sales growth.

The ideal candidate has sharp photography skills, strong organization, and a proven track record of driving conversions with compelling descriptions and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and experienced eBay and Website Listing Agent to manage our digital product catalog across eBay and our direct-to-consumer e-commerce website [Insert Website URL, e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce]. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle from studio imaging and copywriting to inventory management, order fulfillment, and online sales growth. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for photography, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving conversions on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Product Imaging & Photography

• Photograph products in a studio or light-box setting with crisp, clean lighting and high-resolution quality.
• Edit, crop, and enhance product photos using [Photoshop / Canva / photo-editing software] to meet eBay and website standards.
• Create multi-angle shots, close-ups of flaws or tags, and lifestyle images that accurately represent the item.

Listing Creation & Optimization

• Write clear, accurate, and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and feature bullet points for both eBay and the company website.
• Research market pricing, competitor listings, and historical sales data to set optimal auction and buy-it-now/fixed prices.
• Categorize items accurately, fill out all item specifics, and maintain consistent brand standards across platforms.
• Monitor and update active listings for price adjustments, quantity changes, or seasonal promotions.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Package products safely and securely to prevent transit damage.
• Generate shipping labels, process carrier pickups/drop-offs (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), and track packages to ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect returned items and handle basic return/exchange processing.

Online Sales & Customer Support

• Respond to buyer questions, offers, and support messages on eBay and the website in a prompt and professional manner.
• Track daily/weekly sales performance, views, and conversion rates, reporting key metrics to management.
• Help maintain high seller ratings and positive feedback scores across all channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Proven experience managing an eBay store and/or e-commerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms).
• Imaging Skills: Proficiency in product photography, lighting setup, and basic photo editing software.
• Shipping & Logistics: Hands-on experience with package preparation, scale usage, and multi-carrier shipping label generation (e.g., eBay Shipping, Pirate Ship, ShipStation).
• Sales & Copywriting: Strong written communication skills with a knack for writing compelling product descriptions that convert browsers into buyers.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with eBay Seller Hub, inventory management tools, and basic e-commerce backend navigation.
• Soft Skills: High level of organization, autonomy, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
