Job description

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Online Training Services Coordinator. The Online Training Services Coordinator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations for the Department of Online Training Sales and Management. This employee is responsible for setting up and maintaining college and university clients on a proprietary online training platform and assisting licensed users with technical support needs. This is a remote position. Pay Range $26-$30 per hour.

HERE’S THE SKINNY:

The Part-Time Online Training Services Coordinator will be responsible for the following essential functions:

  1. Responds to calls and emails from clients in a timely manner.
  2. Works directly with college and university clients to configure program(s), and the CP Online team once a contract is executed.
  3. Performs a multi-step program setup configuration and maintains a detailed schedule of program launches and builds.
  4. Corresponds with clients as necessary to ensure schedules are being upheld and programs are running smoothly.
  5. Enters all contract and online training data into appropriate technology systems (administrative program portal, IT help desk, Salesforce, etc.).
  6. Responds to all user help desk and technical support inquiries.
  7. Ensures with Senior Manager that all existing contracts, including online ones with live training programs, meet deadlines and requirements.
  8. Troubleshoots client issues and escalates to manager when necessary.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT TYPE OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU HAVE?
  1. Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. 3-5 years of professional administrative experience
QUALIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  1. Demonstrated success of displaying high attention to detail

  3. High-level interpersonal and customer service skills primarily using phone or video conferencing as the means of communication
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
  5. Ability to plan and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  6. Analytical, especially adept with spreadsheets
  7. Proofreading
  8. Displays respectful and friendly demeanor in person and over the phone
  9. Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work both independently (and remotely) and as a member of a team
  10. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  11. Salesforce and/or other LMS working experience a plus
  12. Experience with Articulate Storyline helpful - not required
  13. Online programs contain sensitive content. Candidate must be comfortable with prevention topics related to sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, stalking, alcohol, etc.
