Job summary

The City University of New York, School of Professional Studies, seeks a SEEK Online Student Experience Manager to coordinate engagement, academic support services, peer mentoring and career readiness for online students. The role reports to the SEEK Director and drives initiatives to improve student belonging and success.

This is a hybrid position with 70% onsite presence, requiring schedule flexibility including evenings or weekends as necessary to support online learners and transfer students

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least six years of related experience required.
• Experience in higher education settings preferred.
• Strong background in student engagement and online programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee online SEEK student engagement and support services.
• Develop cohorts and community-building strategies in an online environment.
• Monitor mentors, tutors, and support staff performance and progress.
• Track participation and outcomes to inform program improvements.
• Integrate career readiness and transition planning into delivery.
