Ladders is seeking an Online Sr Data Engineer to join our team remotely. The role focuses on building and enhancing data solutions that enable analytics, predictive modeling, and better decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, guide project execution, and improve data pipelines and related systems. Strong communication is required to translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with ETL jobs, automated CI/CD, and performance tuning of SQL queries.

For our client, we are seeking a Online Sr Data Engineer - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will focus on building and enhancing data solutions that enable analytics, predictive modeling, and better decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, guide project execution, and improve the performance and quality of data pipelines and related systems.

The position also requires strong communication skills to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 annually
