Ladders is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a leader in Real Estate & Construction. You will partner with business and product stakeholders to turn data into actionable decisions, shaping analytics priorities and strengthening self-serve reporting.

You will help modernize the data foundation, deliver insights to guide strategy, and work remotely from the US with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, preferably in a SaaS setting.
• Proficiency in AI/ML tools and automation for growth applications.
• Strong skills with BI tools like Metabase, Sigma, or Tableau.
• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Experience using DBT for managing ELT pipelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills for defining metrics and ensuring data quality.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product owners to shape and prioritize roadmaps.
• Build an AI-driven business intelligence platform for self-serve analysis.
• Deliver insights on user behavior and market trends to various teams.
• Define KPIs and optimize sales and marketing analytics.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Transform and model raw data with DBT for reproducible datasets.
• Oversee the analytics foundation and improve existing models alongside a Senior Analytics Engineer.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will partner closely with business and product stakeholders to turn data into actionable decisions that support growth and operational clarity.

You will help shape analytics priorities, define key metrics, and strengthen the self-serve reporting experience for teams across the organization.

The position also plays an important role in modernizing the data foundation, improving reproducible datasets, and delivering insights that guide strategy and execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually
