Job summary

ShopRite of Mount Pocono is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to accurately take customer orders from the ShopRite website, pick items, bag them, and communicate any issues. You will bill the order, transport to the customer’s car, and handle payment.

Requirements include English proficiency, basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a friendly, cooperative attitude to support safe, efficient service in the Online Shopping department.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English clearly and accurately.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash transactions.
• Able to stand/walk for scheduled shifts and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Able to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products with no allergic issues.
• Must be friendly, cooperative, and able to communicate well with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify products accurately from departments for online orders.
• Select items, bag securely, and organize totes for pickup or delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change; handle all cash procedures.
• Assist customers by phone or in person and ensure timely order completion.
