Job summary

ShopRite of West Milford is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to take customer orders from the ShopRite website, pick items, bag and load them, handle payment, and communicate any issues to customers. The role requires strong English skills, basic math, and the ability to stand for long shifts.

Employees will also ensure order accuracy, maintain safety standards, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced online shopping department.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to handle products and allergens safely.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Identify products accurately from departments.

• Process payments and provide correct change.
