Job summary

ShopRite of Stroudsburg is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to fulfill customer orders from the ShopRite website, pick items, and communicate any issues to customers. You will bag orders, prepare totes, and handle payment processing for pickup or delivery.

Essential duties include reading and interpreting orders, identifying products, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while providing friendly, helpful service to customers in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with products without allergic reactions.
• Ability to tolerate dust and chemicals during housekeeping duties.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to comply with time and attendance policies.

Responsibilities
