ShopRite Inserra NJ is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to fulfill customer online orders with accuracy and friendliness. You will select items, bag orders, prepare totes, and handle payments while ensuring fast, courteous service at the pickup or delivery point.

The role requires good English communication, basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a team-oriented approach. Training emphasizes safety, presentation, and efficiency in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately.
• Stand/walk for full shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Handle fresh, dry, and packaged grocery items; tolerate dust/chemicals.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Work cooperatively with others and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pick items for customer orders from multiple departments.
• Bag orders securely; prepare totes for pickup or delivery.
• Process payments (cash, card, EBT, etc.) and prepare receipts.
• Communicate order status and issues to customers by phone or in person.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas; adhere to QA standards.
• Perform general duties across Selecting, Consolidating, and Exporting functions.
