Position Highlights

Generates and responds to online leads and inquiries with the goal of scheduling appointments and ultimately achieving sales.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Proactively connects with potential prospects and Realtor inquiries to drive traffic to communities.
  2. Answers general phone and web inquiries, ensuring timely responses per company expectations.
  3. Reaches out to active prospects to set appointments with field New Home Advisors.
  4. Sets and confirms appointments, with appropriate follow-up.
  5. Updates prospect information in SalesForce CRM, maintaining accurate notes until lead transfer.
  6. Generates workflow letters in SalesForce CRM.
  7. Tracks online conversion ratios and reports to management.
  8. Responds to realtor and event RSVPs, relaying important information to staff.
  9. Maintains current knowledge of products, inventory, and community specifics.
  10. Visits communities monthly for updates and photography.
  11. Participates actively in sales meetings.
  12. Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
  1. High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in new home or resale sales.
  3. Real estate license if required by state law.
  4. Knowledge of homebuilding and residential real estate industry.
  5. Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM systems.
  6. Familiarity with JD Edwards.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
