Responsibilities
The Online Sales Consultant will respond to new home sales inquiries via phone, email, web, and chat, directing pre-qualified leads to the appropriate DSA (Designated Selling Area) for Meritage Homes in Houston, TX. They serve as the first point of contact and local market expert for all new real estate agent leads, acting as a liaison between new homebuyers and onsite sales associates.

Qualifications
Education: High School diploma required; some college or bachelor's preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in internet sales, marketing, outside sales, or lead generation preferred; real estate license required if applicable by state.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce preferred, experience with softphones advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; professional demeanor; team player.
Judgment & Mental Abilities: High integrity, attention to detail, self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Unique Requirements:
