Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or Multistate RN licensure.
• Two years of full-time teaching experience in a BSN nursing program.
• Experience teaching nursing courses online and developing online nursing courses.
• Experience with online instructional design and distance education best practices.
• Experience with assessment of student learning and program outcomes in a BSN program.
• Experience with curriculum development, evaluation, and revision in an RN to BSN or similar program.
• Experience with ACEN and/or CCNE accreditation processes.

Aufgaben

• Teach assigned nursing courses in the RN to BSN program using online and other modalities.
• Assess student learning and contribute to evaluation of course, program, and graduate outcomes.
• Participate in nursing department, program, division and college committees and governance.
• Participate in ACEN and/or CCNE accreditation activities and site visits.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, retention, and other program activities as appropriate.
