Job summary

Ross Education is seeking RN instructors (BSN/MSN) to share their nursing expertise with the next generation in the classroom and at clinical sites. The role combines teaching with administrative duties to support student success and program integrity.

The position is on-site at the Niles campus, daytime, Monday–Friday, with potential travel to clinical locations. A valid Ohio RN license and teaching capability are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, BSN or higher.
• Must be able to teach in the classroom and at onsite clinicals.
• Two or more years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
• Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Teach nursing theory and clinical concepts in the classroom.
• Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations on campus and at clinical sites.
• Contribute to curriculum delivery and assessment to ensure student success.
• Occasional travel to clinical sites as part of program requirements.
