College of Charleston is seeking an Online Nursing Faculty (Adjunct) to teach baccalaureate-level nursing courses in the fully online RN-to-BSN program. The faculty member will use the university LMS to deliver high-quality content, facilitate asynchronous discussions, evaluate student work, and provide timely feedback.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing Education, the adjunct faculty will support working RNs advancing their education and leadership skills, participate in accreditation

Qualifications

• RN to BSN nursing education with online teaching experience.
• Experience using a university LMS to deliver course content.
• Commitment to accreditation activities and national nursing education standards.

Responsabilités

• Teach baccalaureate-level nursing courses in the online RN-to-BSN program.
• Use the LMS to deliver content and facilitate asynchronous discussions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with department leadership to ensure curriculum integrity and alignment with accreditation standards.
• Participate in accreditation activities.
• Mentor working registered nurses advancing their education and leadership skills.
