Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and/or graduate nursing courses in an online environment.
• Prepare and facilitate courses per syllabus and program outcomes.
• Maintain active faculty presence and communicate expectations clearly to students.
• Provide timely feedback on assignments, exams, and discussions.
• Grade consistently according to rubrics and policies.
• Monitor student progress and refer to support resources as needed.
• Facilitate online discussions that promote critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Maintain current knowledge in nursing education and practice.
