Stripe is seeking an Online & Regional Events Program Manager to build the operating foundation behind Partner Marketing’s event portfolio, turning priorities into repeatable programs and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Operations, regional and global teams, and agencies to improve how events are planned, delivered, and evaluated.

You will manage budgets, capacity, calendars, and adoption of shared services, ensuring alignment across AMER, EMEA, and APAC while balancing

Formación

• 7+ years in B2B event or partner marketing, online and in-person.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with clear timelines and success metrics.
• Strong analytical skills; can set benchmarks and measure ROI.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts with early risk detection.
• Ability to build repeatable processes and capacity plans.
• Experience managing agencies or vendors with clear briefs and SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; align stakeholders across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Scale repeatable event motions across online and in-person partner events.
• Own measurement framework; define performance benchmarks and ROI.
• Develop a capacity model and editorial calendar for events.
• Manage events budget and forecasting with forecast accuracy.
• Integrate partner events into regional and global marketing calendars.

• Manage agency performance, briefs, milestones, and improvements.
