Qualifications

• Education Required: Master's in Sport Management related field or equivalent tested experience.
• Education Preferred: Ph.D./Ed.D. in Sport Management.
• Experience Required: 10,000 hours in the human resources industry for related fields.
• Experience Preferred: Minimum 5 years in the industry; online teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality student learning through teaching assigned courses.
• Increase student engagement with regular presence in online courses (4 days/week).
• Provide substantive, timely feedback on assessments within LMS guidelines.
• Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours during business days (48 hours on weekends).
• Collaborate with academic advising and career development to support student success.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow university policies.
