Job summary

Concordia University, St. Paul invites applications for faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate sport management courses, including Sociology of Sport and Exercise, Sport Management, Sport Analytics and AI, Sport Finance, and Sports Marketing.

Faculty will deliver high-quality instruction, engage students, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with academic advising and the broader program within the College of Health Science and Kinesiology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sport management or related field; tested experience required.
• Ph.D. or Ed.D. in sport management is preferred.
• 10,000 hours of tested experience in the human resources industry.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience; online teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality student learning through teaching assigned courses.
• Increase student course engagement with regular online presence (4 days/week).
• Provide timely feedback on assessments within guidelines.
• Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
• Collaborate with advising, career development, and the academic team.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
