Job summary

DemKota Ranch Beef in Aberdeen, SD is seeking an Online Quality Auditor responsible for online quality inspections to ensure products stay within specifications. You will work closely with Production and Quality/Food Safety Inspectors to uphold written programs and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read and write English, and the stamina to sit/stand or walk 8–10 hours daily; lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Beef plant experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in documentation and communication.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Age 18 and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform online inspection of products for specifications on up to two production lines.
• Understand product and packaging specifications for the assigned area.
• Communicate with production supervisors/managers to address non-conforming products in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Understand product and/or packaging specifications for assigned area.
• Effectively communicate with production supervisors and managers so that product that is not in compliance with the specifications can be addressed in a timely manner.

QualificationsJob Requirements:

• Experience in a beef plant preferred, but not necessary
• Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.
• Must have the ability to read and write English.
• Age 18 & authorized to work in the US
• Ability to sit, stand or walk up to 8-10 hrs. a day
• Lift 50 lbs. occasionally

Work Environment:

• Ability to work in hot or cold work environment and must obey safety rules & exercise caution in all work activities.
