Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited institution with licensure.
• Active pharmacist license in the state(s) served.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, drug interactions and safety.
• Experience with electronic prescribing and digital prescription workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and approve online prescription orders via digital platforms.
• Verify dosing, interactions, allergies and therapeutic appropriateness before dispensing.
• Oversee medication preparation, labeling, packaging and fulfillment for accuracy.
• Provide counseling via phone, secure messaging or video consultations.
• Respond to patient inquiries on usage, side effects, and adherence.
• Communicate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and support patient care.
