Job summary

Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking an Order Selector to efficiently gather products for customers' online orders, ensuring freshness and quality. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars when customers arrive for pickup.

Deliver a positive customer service experience and uphold Smith's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Ability to work in a production oriented or warehouse environment is desirable.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive and prepare online orders according to guidelines; store products in optimal temperature zones.
