Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Senior Program/Project Support Coordinator to manage food systems and nutrition implementation for MU Extension. You will work with faculty, PIs, and regional teams to advance statewide programs, develop policies, and maintain accessible grant communications.

The role involves providing technical assistance, coordinating training, and strengthening partnerships with stakeholders to improve nutrition security for Missourians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 years of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (especially Excel).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel and to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual training schedules, professional development, and team meetings with campus faculty, PIs, and regional project managers.
• Develop implementation strategies for statewide programs and initiatives; help with policy/procedure development and ensure updates to grants platforms.
• Identify stakeholders and partners in local foods/school and nutrition.
• Provide technical assistance to implement food systems, PSE, and nutrition strategies; analyze program/fiscal data and prepare reports.
