MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We work with every person, on every spectrum, and are seeking skilled Therapists throughout Virginia interested in providing teletherapy. If you find yourself to be an out-of-the-box thinker and relationship-driven Therapist capable of engaging clients virtually, this may be the fit for you.

We are seeking diverse Therapists who enjoy their work, like to have fun, and are passionate about offering creative and innovative treatments. Our goal is to serve clients who haven't found the right fit elsewhere, who face barriers to in-person therapy, and to help reduce the stigma of receiving therapy. If you have a niche or want to build your own client base from home or an office, we look forward to hearing from you.

Instead of building your private practice, we will do that for you. We also have a home office in North Chesterfield, VA, for in-person support.

What We Take Care Of for You:

• Credentialing with insurance carriers
• Billing (bi-weekly payments regardless of collections)

Job Summary:

The Teletherapist will provide therapy via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform in 45-60 minute sessions. Full-time Therapists will typically handle about 30 client sessions per week. We are open to part-time arrangements with at least 7 sessions weekly, and are willing to support caseload growth over time.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions of 45-60 minutes
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Contribute strategies, techniques, and services to help clients
• Be an integral part of MySpectrum

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia, with eligibility for insurance credentialing; multi-state licenses encouraged
• Experience with diverse populations
• Willingness to contribute ideas and participate in company growth
• Flexibility and drive to develop caseloads
• High-speed internet and a HIPAA-protected space for sessions
• Comfort with remote work and telehealth
