MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We work with every person, on every spectrum, and are seeking skilled Therapists throughout Virginia interested in providing teletherapy.

If you don’t specialize in a specific area but are an out-of-the-box thinker and relationship-driven Therapist who can engage clients virtually, this might be the perfect fit. We value diverse, passionate Therapists who enjoy their work and are dedicated to innovative, creative treatment methods. Our goal is to serve clients who face barriers to traditional therapy, do not fit the mold of other practices, and want to reduce stigma around receiving therapy. Instead of worrying about building your private practice, we will do that for you. We also have a physical office in North Chesterfield, VA, for in-person support if needed.

What We Handle for You:

• Credentialing with insurance carriers
• Billing (you get paid bi-weekly regardless of collections)

Job Summary:

The Teletherapist will provide therapy via a HIPAA-compliant platform in 45-60 minute sessions. Full-time Therapists typically handle approximately 30 client sessions weekly. We are open to part-time arrangements with a minimum of 7 sessions per week, and we are willing to help build your caseload gradually.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy in 45-60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Offer input on strategies and techniques to maximize client benefit
• Be an integral part of MySpectrum team

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia, with eligibility for insurance credentialing; multi-state licenses encouraged
• Experience with diverse populations
• Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to company growth
• Flexibility and commitment to building a caseload
• High-speed internet access
