Job summary

Minnesota Connections Academy (MNCA) is seeking a Math Interventionist to support K-12 students at risk of course failure. You will analyze data, work with individuals or small groups, and travel statewide to meet families and learning coaches, coordinating with teachers both virtually and in person.

Starting salary is $44,000 per year with benefits for eligible employees. The role emphasizes developing intervention plans, monitoring progress, and providing parent training to improve student

Qualifications

• Experience working with K-12 students or families.
• Ability to use data to identify at-risk learners and tailor interventions.
• Wamiliarity with RTI or similar intervention frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify at-risk students based on grades and proficiency.
• Proctor and interpret school benchmarks and diagnostics.
• Develop and implement individual intervention plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and learning coaches.
• Provide training to parents of at-risk students.
• Travel statewide to meet students and families as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
