Responsibilities

• Uses keywords in auction titles; takes clear photos and describes items.
• Inventories, picks and prepares outgoing multichannel product.
• Provides quality control to ensure listings follow guidelines and laws.
• Works with management to resolve processing, listing, inventory and customer service issues.
• Attends trainings and team huddles; runs multichannel reports as directed.
• Trains teammates in multichannel processing and donation screening.
