Job summary

Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is seeking a production team member for a fast-paced retail store environment. The role focuses on advanced processing of donations for online sale, including data entry, cell phone photography, stocking, picking, and customer service.

You may also help with donation processing for the sales floor, assist at the register, and support other floor tasks while upholding company policies and delivering excellent donor and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• General computer and typing skills preferred.
• Experience with data entry and photography is a plus.
• Familiarity with multichannel processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate auction titles with keywords and photos.
• Inventory, pick and prepare outgoing multichannel products.
• Ensure items meet marketplace guidelines and laws.
• Collaborate with management to resolve processing and listing issues.
• Attend trainings and share knowledge with the team.
