You will execute loan applications through the contact center workflow and identify opportunities to convert declined applications to approvals.

You will structure each application for customer benefit and for the bank, while supporting the branch network and ensuring data quality across the system.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3 years of job-related experience required.
• Experience in banking, finance or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance standards related to lending.
• NMLS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the loan application process by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Controls the lifecycle of new loan applications per lending standards and maintains data quality.
• Responds to customer requests via telephone, email, and secure messaging about loan status.
• Provides advanced technical and troubleshooting support for the document upload portal.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Upholds risk management and regulatory compliance as part of daily work.
