Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Loan Specialist - Digital in the Retail Operations unit to manage consumer and business loan applications originated online.

You will drive the lifecycle of new loans, identify opportunities to convert declined apps to approvals, and structure each file for customer and company benefit. Responsibilities include guiding customers via phone, email, and secure messaging, providing portal support, and ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience in lending or banking preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the loan application process through controlling customer relationships, identifying customer needs, leveraging technology, and making outbound calls.
• Using FNB approved contact center technology, control the lifecycle of all new loan applications according to consumer and business lending standards as well as maintain effective data quality for all applications.
• Responds to customer requests, by telephone, email, and secure messaging, to provide customers with information about their loan applications to resolve issues or concerns.
• Provides advanced technical and troubleshooting support to customers and to the branch network specific to the document upload portal.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for consumer and business lending activities derived from online loan applications. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of contact center loan applications at the direction of the Manager, identification of opportunities to convert declined applications to approvals, and structuring each application so that it provides the greatest benefit to the customer and to FNB.

Primary Responsibilities
