Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Teaching experience with adult learners and/or online, asynchronous teaching at the college level.
• Evidence of ability to advise and mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and advising duties during the 9-month fall and spring academic year and 1 month advising duties during the summer.
• Teach Foundations of Professional Studies and Capstone Internship.
• Primary teaching duties will be online asynchronous classes; 2-3 courses per semester; potential for in-person/hybrid courses.
• Fall: 2-3 sections of Foundations of Professional Studies; Spring: 2-3 sections; Summer overload possible.
• Create and update curriculum materials to reflect advancements in the field.
• Serve as advisor for Professional Studies students and assist internship coordination.
• Advise and mentor students in academic and career pursuits.
