Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) is seeking a Coordinator of Online Quality to lead quality reviews, RSI compliance, and continuous improvement of online instruction. You will collaborate with faculty, deans, instructional designers, and the Online Learning team to ensure accreditation standards and high instructional quality across online and partially online courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, educational technology, higher education administration, adult learning, learning technologies, or a closely related field.
• At least three (3) years of progressive experience in learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead online course quality review and compliance processes.
• Monitor RSI adherence and accreditation support activities.
• Provide coaching and professional development for faculty.
• Analyze LMS data and create dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and Online Learning teams on system updates and best practices.
