Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email to students, families, and school staff.
• Guide new families through account setup, platform navigation, and orientation resources.
• Assist with login/password resets and basic technical supports.
• Provide attendance guidance and emphasize daily participation and engagement.
• Document interactions and support cases clearly in PowerSchool.
• Share feedback with leadership for process improvements.
