Oklahoma City University School of Law seeks a Program Director to lead the launch and ongoing development of its fully online J.D. program. The director will ensure rigorous academic quality, adhere to ABA Standard 306, and collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve program goals.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-informed decision making, and coordination with Student Services and other law school departments to support student success and program growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have an excellent academic background and a commitment to effective online education, as well as to integrity and a welcoming environment.
• Tenure/tenure-track candidates must demonstrate potential as a scholar.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school or foreign degree with U.S. LL.M./S.J.D. is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all academic and administrative aspects of the online J.D. program.
• Ensure compliance with ABA Standard 306 and related accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with faculty leadership, committees, instructional designers, and technology staff to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee student success initiatives, advising, career services, and integration with the broader law school community.
• Develop and analyze program data, manage the online J.D. budget, and supervise program staff.
