High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

2. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company focused on selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
