High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to work with high-end insurance products.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need immediate financial gratification and are desperate for money.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can speak effectively and present themselves well.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking for more dedicated agents to join us.
