High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial gain.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require constant supervision and guidance.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents with strong communication skills who can effectively engage clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more skilled agents.
