High End Insurance Sales Agency

We are looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who are desperate to make money.

  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

  • Agents who require constant guidance and support.

  • Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  • Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent agents with good communication skills.

  • Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
