High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and invite dedicated agents to join us.
